About me

I am a high performing product manager / business systems analyst that ships user-centric and accessible products by understanding both business and user needs and pain points. I make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data.

I do not work alone. I work with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are well designed to cater to user needs, accessible, legally compliant, secure, and scalable.

Recently, I took a course in Product Management in AI / ML because AI is opening a new chapter of the human history. Greatly inspired by sci-fi movies and animations, I am excited to pioneer and push boundaries.

When I am not working, I like to play with my 2 cats, reading, travelling, and exploring tech and social media to stay up-to-date with the world.

  • Led cross-functional workshops to create the current state process map involving vendors, Property Operations, Accounting Finance, Energy Sustainability, and Audit teams to enable solutioning for a target state that would ensure data consistency, reliability and transparency, and cut 80% manual work. Gathering requirements for a complex ERP project with a grain of salt.
  • Defined high level requirements and translated them into detailed technical requirements for a master data management solution that automates major manual processes and addresses complex business issues of those teams.
Project: Event Ticketing Platform
  • Led technical product roadmap for ticketing platform through user interviews and workshops to achieve 9.0/10 customer satisfaction and reduce customer inquiries by 20%. Case Study: Reducing customer support tickets through enhancements.
  • Defined launch strategy and led resolution of mission-critical issues. Payment gateway outage - my lesson learned for ticket sales platform.
  • Collaborated with engineering vendors, Architecture, InfoSec, Legal, and Marketing to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Defined technical customer support training and led the technical support team for the ticket sales.
  • Oversaw AODA compliance, resolving 117 accessibility bugs, achieving 95% compliance.
